Your new role
You will support finance functions across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including expenses and reconciliations. This role offers the opportunity to develop the position as you wish and is central to the company's operations. Responsibilities include managing all Accounts Payable invoices and purchase orders, building relationships with suppliers, reconciling accounts, and updating accruals as needed. You will also handle Accounts Receivable allocations, verify balances, and ensure statements are cleared. The role is between 25 and 30 hours per week with flexible scheduling, all based in the office.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes is essential. You should be proactive, hands-on, and able to manage the PO process, reconcile bank and supplier accounts. The environment is busy and friendly, so adaptability and a positive attitude are important. The office is well-presented with ample parking. The role is fully office-based, ideally requiring 25-30 hours per week.
