Role Overview
The Multi-Site Front Office Manager role is crucial in ensuring that RBH's guest service, financial, team, and quality standards are consistently met and exceeded. As a key leader within the cluster team, you will support our staff in delivering exceptional service to our guests.
Main Duties of Bar Manager
1. Ensure compliance with all statutory and company regulations related to health & safety, hygiene, conduct, fire procedures, security, and property.
2. Be fully knowledgeable of Liquor Licensing Laws and ensure staff adherence.
3. Assist with staff training, development, and promote upselling of food and beverages.
4. Achieve the hotel's budgeted gross profit margin for beverage sales.
5. Control beverage menus, ensuring product availability and accurate pricing across outlets.
6. Follow hotel cash handling standards and meet all audit requirements.
7. Properly store and use glassware, china, and equipment.
8. Conduct monthly stock takes and coordinate orders through the Deputy General Manager.
9. Manage requisitions and administrative tasks accurately.
10. Provide prompt, quality service to guests and maintain high standards in beverage presentation.
11. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of outlets and cellars.
12. Oversee the maintenance and operation of the hotel’s EPOS system.
13. Participate in weekly Operations and F&B meetings, communicating relevant information to staff.
14. Ensure department meets forecasted business demands.
15. Prepare weekly rotas, timesheets, and forecasts, and communicate with Personnel.
16. Monitor stock levels and place orders accordingly to meet business needs.
17. Control stock levels in cellars and outlets.
