We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor to join our world class HR team, based in our sophisticated shared service centre office on the prestigious Capability Green Business Park in Luton. Home not only to HR, but Finance, IT, Marketing and our Legal teams you will be joining our experts who are the cogs that work in the background to ensure everything runs smoothly for our operational business.
Responsibilities:

1. Works with the relevant HR Business Partners and other team members to identify key priorities, in line with the HR strategy.
2. Supports, coaches and upskills managers in all Employee Relations matters, from early intervention to formal cases, including performance management, absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and redundancies.
3. End to end case management of Employee Relations matters
4. Provides generalist support to the business including but not limited to onboarding support, conducting exit interviews and contributing to regional and global projects
5. Work with the wider HR team including HR Shared Services, Learning & Development, Internal Talent Acquisition and Inclusion & Wellbeing teams on day to day work, initiatives and projects.
6. Assist the HR team in maintaining, updating and communicating HR policies and procedures and job descriptions.
7. Proactively ensure knowledge of UK employment legislation is up to date in order to be the first point of contact for generalist HR matters.
8. Support managers and HR Business Partners with engagement initiatives, using data to identify areas for improvement and create action plans, to positively influence employee engagement, turnover and stability.
9. Collaborates with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
You will work as part of the HR shared services team to provide a professional, comprehensive, proactive and responsive HR service, with a strong emphasis on employee relations and HR administration to the business, through the day to day delivery of standardised processes.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:

12. Sound knowledge of employment legislation and ability to translate this into policy and practice
13. Knowledge of Human Resources practices including current developments in the profession
