From a simple, well-designed hammock to a kitchen, furniture and homeware brand, this is the story of Neptune. Creating homes with heart, every design tells a story, every space is a reflection of who we are, and we believe in inspiring our customers with content that's lovingly created and carefully curated, bringing our brand to life.
We're looking for a Social Media Manage & Content Creator to join our creative brand team. You'll live and breathe social media, have a passion for interiors, and love crafting beautiful, engaging content.
What you'll be doing
Shaping our social voice - Create and curate inspiring, visually rich content that brings Neptune to life across Instagram, Pinterest, and beyond, while ensuring it reflects our brand values and aesthetic. Owning the content calendar - Plan and execute thoughtful campaigns that support product launches, seasonal moments, and brand storytelling, working closely with teams across marketing, product, retail and merchandising.
Creating and commissioning content - Produce engaging content yourself while also briefing and collaborating with photographers, videographers, and designers to deliver best-in-class creative.
Engaging our community - Build authentic connections with followers, influencers, and brand advocates, by responding thoughtfully, nurturing conversation, and helping our social presence feel warm and welcoming.
Driving performance - Track and analyse performance metrics to optimise content, inform strategy, and share insight-led reporting with internal teams.
Keeping us ahead of the curve - Stay on top of trends, experiment with new formats, and bring fresh ideas to elevate our social presence in innovative and exciting ways.
We're looking for someone with proven experience in social media management and content creation, backed by a strong portfolio of engaging, high-quality work. You'll have a deep understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates.
Strong planning and strategy skills are essential, along with experience managing content calendars and ensuring every post aligns seamlessly with brand goals. An analytical mindset will help you track performance, optimise content, and refine our approach based on insights.
Most importantly, you'll bring a passion for homeware and interiors, an eye for beautiful design, and a natural ability to build genuine connections-both with our online community and across our wider team.
At Neptune, we don't just create furniture-we craft homes, memories, and stories. Join a brand where creativity thrives, where your ideas are valued, and where you'll have the opportunity to shape the social voice of one of the most respected names in interiors.
