Our client based in East Kilbride are looking to recruit an Assistant E-Commerce Administrator, to join their team. This role will be on a 12 week temp to perm contract.
Role Description
Answering telephones and assisting customers with web-based enquiries
Category sorting and managing products online
Managing third-party platforms such as eBay
Raising daily purchase orders to suppliers
Dealing with a high volume of orders each day
Sending design proofs for embroidery and print to customers for approval
Responsibilities/Requirements
Highly organised
Accuracy and strong attention to detail
Good telephone and e-mail manner
Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (excel, word and outlook)
A passion for e-commerce
Qualifications
Proficiency with computers and IT
Strong communication skills to work effectively with team members
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Hours - Monday-Friday - 9am-4pm (with overtime when required).
Rate of Pay - Starting at £11.44.
