You’ll be responsible for assisting and co-ordinating a dynamic Management team who work with a wide variety of rural and property clients. The team comprises of a Director who is supported by two rural Surveyors. Savills Scottish Management Team are based across Scotland with offices in Edinburgh, Perth, Inverness and Dumfries. The team provides core management and consultancy services in the rural, agricultural and residential sectors.The wider Rural division operates across the UK, with a network of 37 offices and a number of estate offices from Inverness in the North to Truro in the South-West.You’ll be based out of our Edinburgh office, and your focus will be in the following areas: Co-ordination of team, jobs and billing. Provision of administrative support to the team in managing a range of clients. Assisting with client relationships, management of rural contractors and liaison with tenants. Assisting with the management of property databases, compliance data and to create and maintain electronic files and records. Completion, circulation and tracking of leases and other land and property documents. Arranging diary invitations and facilitation of meeting arrangements. Business Development Support. General administration, management meeting preparation and following up meeting actions. The individual would work within the wider admin team to ensure that full support is given to all departments within the office. As such, general admin duties are included within the role.
