Job Title: Area Manager Subsidence Solutions
Industry Sector: Subsidence, Resin Injections, Stabilisation, Sinkholes, Non-Disruptive Subsidence, Piling, Slab Lifting, Underpinning, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Ground Engineering, Technical Sales
Area to be covered: Scotland
Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000 + uncapped commission giving another £50,000 - £100,000+ on top

Role Responsibilities:
* Sell a range of ground support subsidence solutions for applications such as structural support, water sealing, and ground reinforcement.
* Focus primarily on the residential sector.
* Handle inbound queries from homeowners, conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and ensure delivery.
* Engage with local authorities within the social housing sector.
* Manage projects with an average order value ranging from £3k-£20k.
* Generate new business relationships through inbound queries.
* Execute technical seminars and presentations on company products.
* Spend an average of 4 days on the road with 1 day for administration at home.
* Receive approximately 6 opportunities per day.
Ideal Applicant Qualifications:
* Background as a civil engineer or structural engineer looking to transition into field sales.
* Experience in infrastructure or commercial sectors such as rail, utilities, highways, and education.
* Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or surveying sectors (BSc, MSc, OND, HND).
* Knowledge of grouting, structural support, void filling, slab lifting, water management, and subsidence.
* Familiarity with subsidence solutions is preferred.
* Self-starter with a proactive mentality.
