The Role
The successful Customer Liaison Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, resolving customer queries and will work closely with both customers and internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
The Customer Liaison Officer will be supporting the business operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of the company products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Take personal ownership of customer queries, providing updates and resolutions that exceed expectations.
* Facilitate communication between customers and operational teams, ensuring efficient work order execution.
* Provide essential documentation such as operation and maintenance manuals, certificates, and warranties at the point of installation.
* Handle complaints with care, identifying problems and coordinating corrective actions to maintain trust and satisfaction.
* Monitor customer service performance, analyse feedback, and identify trends to improve service quality.
* Educate customers on products and services, offering tailored recommendations to enhance their experience.
Sales Support:
* Upsell additional and complementary products and services, including maintenance contracts.
* Build strong working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identify new sales opportunities.
Front Desk Support:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and third parties.
* Manage building security, including signing in visitors and notifying relevant personnel of their arrival.
* Coordinate with the 24/7 telephone service provider to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
