The ideal candidate will have a GCSE (Grade C or above) in Maths and English, proven customer management/service environment experience, and the ability to deal with a wide range of inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as the ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure, is essential.
