4Site Recruitment is seeking a Site Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established contractor specializing in high-quality fit-out and refurbishment projects across commercial, education, and public spaces. With a proven track record of delivering complex projects, our client is expanding their portfolio with a £8.5M project in Bristol.
Location: Bristol (5-minute walk from Temple Meads Train Station)
Employment Type: Permanent or Contract (negotiable)
Salary: £50,00 - 55,000 per annum
Role Responsibilities
Oversee resources, quality control, snagging, and health & safety.
Collaborate with the Project Manager and supervisors to ensure program adherence.
Proactively solve on-site issues, allocate resources, and maintain timelines.
Candidate Requirements
Experience & Background
Joinery trade background, particularly in final fix, fixtures, and fittings.
A few years of site management experience preferred, but we’re open to candidates ready to step up into management roles.
Must have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent time management.
Technical Skills
Basic IT proficiency (email, program tracking).
Familiarity with software like Asta (program adherence), 4Projects, and Fieldview (snagging/QA).
Certifications
Required: CSCS, SSSTS (minimum).
Preferred: SMSTS, First Aid (training available), NVQ6.
Interview Process
Initial Teams call.
Face-to-face interview on-site in Bristol with the hiring manager and Project Manager.
Timeline: While we aim to finalize candidates by late April, we are open to hiring sooner for the right fit.
