We are recruiting a dynamic, willing, and enthusiastic manager who can use their engineering skills to effectively manage the daily operations of many projects. The right candidate will carve this role into a critical management block within the company's business service space.
Summary of role
1. You will be responsible for new business development and client engagement.
2. You will oversee all sales and marketing activities and validate promotions.
3. Manage all aspects of site management, site usage, and contractors' management.
4. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and instructing tradesman onsite.
5. You will be responsible for post-completion warranty support.
6. You will be carrying out desk work at Linford – MK office and field works across Buckinghamshire and NE Lincolnshire.
7. You will collate all field activities as reports to the project's admin in the office.
8. You will have a full UK driving license and the job requires you to swiftly commute between sites.
9. You will lead all property management works (which also includes repairs/fixes).
10. You will be the conjugate between the client, architect, planning expert, and tradesman.
11. You will champion assessing and managing safety hazards at sites.
12. You will be confident and conversant in using software applications such as draw.io, JIRA reporting, ProjectManager.com, MS Office, CAD, and APEX27 (or similar).

Essential
* Hold a degree in engineering (preferably masters).
* Proven experience as projects manager and record of successful delivering projects and managing operations.
* Experience in Health & Safety aspects in a construction site.
* Must have strong presentation and communication skills.
* Experience in Quality control.
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools.

Pay: From £30,500.00 per year
