Project Coordinator / Project Administrator

Our client is searching for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support project managers, ensuring smooth communication, seamless documentation, and well-structured workflows. In this role, you’ll handle vendor and contract management, assist accounting with AP/AR tasks, and keep project files in perfect order—all while working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Compensation
1. $31-$33/hr. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. The contract length could be as short as 1 month. At that point you will be hired by the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Act as the key liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and management
2. Provide administrative support to multiple project managers
3. Assist with project reports, documentation, and presentations
4. Maintain well-organized project files and records
5. Support AP/AR tasks within the accounting department
6. Handle vendor sourcing, approvals, and documentation management
7. Format contracts using Adobe Sign or DocuSign and ensure proper storage
