In this dynamic role y ou lead the strategic management and growth of our aftermarket product portfolio, includ ing spare parts, accessories, and value-added services. Welcome About your job In this position, you define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for the aftermarket product line. This involves analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for new products or services. Managing the product lifecycle from conception to phase-out, you collaborate with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to ensure timely and cost-effective development. Also included in your mission: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to create go-to-market strategies, provide training and support and ensure effective inventory management. Gather customer feedback, stay updated on industry trends and ensure product quality and compliance. Driv e revenue and margin growth, develop pricing strategies and identify upselling opportunities. Set KPIs, track performance and report to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. The preferred location for this position i s Europe and o ccasional travel is. Your profile We’re looking for someone with experience in aftermarket product management, particularly within the mining and construction indus tries. You have a proven track record of managing a product line and achieving growth targets. You hold a degree in b usiness, e ngineering, m arketing or related field, and certifications such as Project Management Professional are considered a plus. Acting in a global environment calls for fluency in English and French, Italian or German. To be successful in this position you also have : Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of aftermarket product dynamics, including pricing, distribution, and customer service. F amiliarity with product lifecycle management, project management tools, and CRM software.
