As a Freelance Internal Verifier (Level 5 Health & Social Care), you will work closely with the training department to ensure compliance with quality assurance standards. Your role will involve monitoring and verifying assessments to maintain consistency and accuracy while providing constructive feedback and guidance to assessors to enhance learner outcomes. Additionally, you will ensure all regulatory requirements and best practices are met, supporting the overall integrity and effectiveness of the assessment process.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Essential Criteria:
* Must hold Assessor Award, CAVA or TAQA Level 3, A1, D32/33 or equivalent and have a minimum of 2 years' experience.
* Must be qualified to Level 5 in Health and Social Care
* Demonstrate a commitment to equality and diversity and quality assurance
* Must have a proficient level of ICT skills and understanding of e-portfolios
Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Checking that assessors meet the requirements for their role
* Planning and preparing monitoring activities
* Working alongside assessors, trainers and employers to ensure the standardisation of assessment practices
* Observing trainer and assessor performance, providing constructive feedback
* Providing support to trainers and assessors
* Sampling assessment records and decisions
* Meeting with learners
* Planning how and when you will monitor trainers and assessors
* Identifying and facilitating best practice throughout the organisation
