A Marketing Support Tester, who will be responsible for the functional testing of sports and gaming promotional content and customer communications, as well as researching competitors. You will be working in a small team within the Marketing Support department, providing functional testing for all promotional based projects, as well as go live testing for Business releases that impact upon marketing. The role will entail supporting the wider marketing departments by testing customer communication to ensure the best possible customer experience. This will include reviewing the content we create, ensuring adherence to the necessary regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for those with strong IT skills, an analytical mind and a desire to drive their own learning and knowledge within an operational marketing function. Previous customer journey and content testing experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. The position is offered on a full time basis working any five days from seven. Successful applicants will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK from their first day of employment. Sound work ethic, with the ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Excellent website navigation skills and domain configuration knowledge. Preparing test scripts and completing comprehensive testing for major customer journey releases. Implementing test procedures across all products and platforms. Main Responsibilities Conducting site reviews from both a consumer-based and regulatory perspective. Identifying and escalating issues. Completing ad hoc testing requests. Managing and maintaining marketing test accounts and marketing device cache. Understanding the regulatory restrictions applied to domains and their impact on testing.
