• Proven experience with Pathology information systems, ideally LIMS.
• A background in Pathology and/or healthcare systems management.
• Strong project management skills and a proactive approach to service development.

• The ability to deliver high-quality, efficient IT services while supporting ongoing improvements.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the day-to-day operations of Pathology IT systems, including third-party support and maintenance services.
• Providing line management and leadership for the Pathology IT team.
• Delivering efficient, safe, and effective IT services that comply with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting the Pathology lead in managing the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Driving service improvements, enhancing efficiency and identifying income generation opportunities.
• Engaging in service development projects and supporting data analysis initiatives.
