Venue Manager

We are on the hunt for a Venue Manager who embodies the spirit of good craic and is dedicated to steering our guests to the 'good times' with ease and style. Our venue is a hub of delicious food and creative drinks, and we're eager to welcome a leader who will champion our Front of House Team and cement our place in the local hospitality landscape.
Day to Day of the Role:
* Oversee all front of house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
* Provide exceptional customer service, swiftly addressing any concerns or feedback.
* Lead and develop a team of staff, nurturing a culture of positivity and high performance.
* Maintain impeccable standards of venue presentation, cleanliness, and maintenance.
* Utilise guest booking and profiling systems to enhance the customer journey.
* Foster a collaborative environment between Front of House and Back of House teams.
* Drive business growth through innovative strategies and excellent service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven track record as a Venue Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality sector.
* Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of bar and restaurant operations.
* Financial literacy, with experience in budget management and reporting.
* Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced setting.
* Flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
