What We’re Looking For: Aqualified teacherwith a Level 5 (or above) qualification, ideally with an LDD specialism. Experience in (or a willingness to learn about) deliveringFunctional Skillsand aLife Skills curriculum. A deep understanding of thePreparing for Adulthoodframework and a commitment toperson-centred learning. A creative, adaptable, and proactive approach to teaching and behaviour management.
