We are seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to lead our Maternity Information System Replacement Project. Main duties of the job
1. Lead the overall planning, direction, coordination, and implementation of the Maternity Information System Replacement. Responsible for project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
2. Implement effective project management governance and provide leadership in digital project delivery.
3. Manage and guide the Business Change Analyst team.
4. Ensure effective implementation of all required system integrations.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in programme management, preferably within a healthcare setting.
2. Strong experience in managing complex projects within healthcare or related sectors.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
5. Relevant qualifications in project management or related field.

4. Determine and allocate necessary resources, including personnel and budget, effectively across projects.
Execution and Monitoring
1. Oversee the execution of digital projects, ensuring compliance with the project plan and specifications.
2. Regularly check project progress against goals and timelines, adjusting strategies as needed.
3. Implement quality control processes to maintain standards in all digital outputs.
4. Keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle through well-crafted management reports.

Essential
* Educated to Masters Level or equivalent knowledge and competency.
* Prince 2 or project management qualification.
* Evidence of recent and ongoing learning / CPD.

* Previous NHS experience preferable.
