Anexcellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, experienced individual tojoin our operational HR team working 28 hours per week. Under the guidance ofthe Senior Human Resources Manager, you will provide operational humanresources support in a professional, timely and consistent manner to designatedareas of the Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health & Care NHS Trust.
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsat all levels and a confident approach are essential.
Therole will offer hybrid working and involve working from home as well asattendance in the office or other Trust sites. It is essential applicants canfulfil the travel requirements of the post across the Counties of Herefordshireand Worcestershire.

Main duties of the job
This job is varied and no two days willbe the same, so your ability to juggle multiple priorities will be crucial. Youcould be supporting managers with organisational change programmes or employeerelations issues, such as health, grievance or disciplinary andperformance management. Your advicewill be consistent with Trust policies and in accordance with best practice andcurrent employment legislation.
Youwill act as a role model within the HR team and for the team both within theTrust and externally, demonstrating the Trust values at all times.
You must have significant recentexperience in a similar employee relations role, along with up-to-dateknowledge of current employment legislation.

1. Level 5 CIPD qualified or above, or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
