This is an exciting opportunity to lead, support and sustain the strategic and operational leadership for an Integrated Offender Management (IOM) team, working across the IOM landscape in the Northumbria region. Responsibilities include:
• leading the North of Tyne IOM multi agency team, to ensure the implementation of the revised IOM framework
• working with local partners to reduce neighbourhood crime and connect offenders with suitable pathways to address their criminogenic needs.
• working with the multi-agency partnership to identify local crime trends in line with the IOM strategy, evaluate the impact of IOM locally and the outcomes of different pathways.

New entrants to the Civil Service will be expected to join at the entry point salary for the advertised band
Existing Civil Servants will have their salary calculated in accordance with the Department’s pay on transfer / pay on promotion rules.
