We are looking for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our Service based in Bury St Edmunds on a permanent, full time basis. The waking night shift is 9.45pm to 7.15am, 4 shifts per week on a rota basis which will include some weekends.
What does a Waking Night Support Worker do?
Our Team support adults with learning disabilities to access the community, maintain their homes, and just live a normal and active life.
As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will enormously contribute to the people we support, living a more comfortable, dignified, liberated and happy life.
Night staff will be expected to complete Personal care, regular checks throughout the night and some housework duties.

1. A genuine passion for supporting others.
2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
3. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
4. A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
