2nd Line Technical Helpdesk Analyst - Permanent - Bristol - up to £33k base
We need an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk/ServiceDesk Analyst for a permanent role in Bristol. This role will be primarily phone-based and using remote connectivity, and you'll be responsible for solving clients' IT problems.
Our Client is a premier managed services provider of IT support services, and their clients range from 10 to 300 users in the UK, using the very best technologies.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide 2nd line IT support for clients.
2. Resolve clients' IT problems via phone and remote connectivity.
3. Administer and troubleshoot server issues.
4. Manage Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, virtualization, Hyper-V, and 365.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a 2nd line IT support role.
2. Knowledge of server admin/troubleshooting skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, virtualization, Hyper-V, and 365 admin.
