The Project Co-ordinator (PC) role will operate across all parts of our growing Capability Development team in delivering significant aircraft conversion projects and potentially the wider business. The function of this role is to support projects through administration of project management tools and co-ordination of the project delivery teams to an agreed end state. The project management competence/capacity may eventually be brigaded in a Project Management Office which supports various tasking. You will be responsible to the applicable Project Engineering Lead or Programme Manager. The role’s key responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Adhere, and in the case of our project management processes – create/develop, to the procedures Maintaining the project schedule, in conjunction with the appropriate Engineering Project Lead to ensure all tasks for a particular job are identified, planned, and resourced sufficiently Maintaining the project DAREOCI (including relevant risks, exclusions, dependencies, assumption, opportunities as applicable) on behalf of the risk owners Monitoring of action progress with action owners and updating of project schedule and risk register with any impacts of actions as agreed with the action owner and Engineering Project Lead and Project Manager. Assist project managers track project progress and keep project document set up to date Stakeholder management Provide feedback to your Line Manager or their nominated representative on suggested improvements, efficiencies and ways to enhance the project management process. To be proactive, decisive, innovative and forward-thinking regarding the completion of the entire job on time. Demonstrate the ability to illicit the required information from the project team to establish and maintain the project management tools. The following skills, knowledge and experience are essential: Microsoft Project user Experience in maintenance and distribution of the project management tools for assigned projects.
