Due to the outstanding success and reputation of Exeter College, we have had another significant growth in our student numbers for automotive apprenticeships. As a result, we have an exciting opportunity within the College for a Lecturer and Technician with expertise in automotive maintenance.
You will be working within a highly motivated and dedicated team that teaches IMI Level 2 and 3 qualifications to full-time students and apprentices, as well as our very large professional development programmes. We are looking for someone who can maintain vehicles, diagnose faults, and develop resources, for example, placing mechanical faults in systems.
Experience of working within the vehicle maintenance industry is essential. If you feel that you have a relevant automotive background and expertise and are passionate about ensuring the UK’s future technicians are appropriately qualified, we would very much like to hear from you.
The automotive provision at Exeter College has been twice nominated for national awards in 2022/23 and 2023/24 IMI Partner organisation of the year alongside other well-known national and international organisations.
