Key Responsibilities
* Customer Correspondence: Write and respond to routine correspondence and answer ad hoc queries from service customers in a timely manner, providing clear and concise solutions.
* Autonomous Action: Take responsibility and initiative without the need for day-to-day direction.
* Client Liaison: Manage the company’s liaison with clients to facilitate a seamless contract delivery process.
* Customer Service: Provide high-touch customer service by building and maintaining client relationships, following departmental processes, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
* Invoicing: Ensure invoices are raised correctly and invoice values are maximized.
* Data Management: Input, verify, and correct data as necessary; obtain further information for incomplete records.
* Team Support: Assist other members of the Service team when needed.
* Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required to ensure the smooth running of the service office.
* Departmental Assistance: Assist the line manager with departmental responsibilities.
* Customer Portal Management: Assist with the management of customer portal accounts.

* Essential:
o Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience.
o Enthusiastic and a good team player.
o Ability to work quickly while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
o Experienced in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
o Confident with the ability to communicate at all levels, via phone and email.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Good customer service skills.
o Office-based role.
