Required in London Heathrow on a Monday (Tuesday if Bank Holiday) Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum Uncapped Commission Benefits Job Summary: We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and developing new business relationships with e-commerce companies that require international parcel delivery solutions. You will be a key player in driving revenue growth by utilizing a consultative selling approach that prioritizes understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential e-commerce clients through various channels (networking, online research, industry events, etc.) Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand client's international shipping requirements, challenges, and growth objectives. Develop and present compelling proposals that showcase the value and benefits of our international parcel delivery services. Negotiate and close deals that meet both client expectations and company revenue targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor and provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction. Proactively identify opportunities to expand service offerings and grow existing accounts. Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless on-boarding and ongoing support for new clients. Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Share market intelligence and best practices with the sales team. Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular sales performance reports and updates to management. Qualifications and Experience: Proven track record of success in B2C sales, with a focus on new business development. Experience selling international shipping, logistics, or e-commerce solutions is highly desirable. Understanding if different Incoterms governing international eCommerce shipments Strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and international trade dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels. Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
