We are seeking a dedicated Home Manager to oversee the daily operations and care services at our residential facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in a Residential Childrens Home Setting, with a strong background in leadership and supervising staff. **Duties:**
-Develop and implement individualized care plans for the children in our care
-Supervise and train staff members to ensure quality care delivery
-Manage day-to-day operations of the home, including scheduling and coordination of activities
-Monitor children/ young people's well-being and respond to any medical or emotional needs promptly
-Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
-Oversee administrative tasks such as budget management and record-keeping
**Qualifications:**
-Previous experience in a managerial role within assisted living, nursing homes, or similar settings
-Strong knowledge of OFSTEDs practices and protocols
-Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Understanding of regulatory requirements in residential care settings
-NVQ level 3 or above in children's residential
