We are seeking a B1.3 Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our Client at their facility based at Boscombe Down.
Our Client has a 40 year heritage in the rotary field and is well known for maintaining Leonardo aircraft.
Successful applicants will have at least one of the following UK CAA Part 66 License type ratings:
H145 (preferred), AW109
Duties include but are not limited to:
1. Provide and communicate regular engineering reports to the Head of Maintenance/Head of Department.
2. Certify work within the scope of company authorisations.
3. Carry out both line and base maintenance at any of the client’s facilities, and also off-site upon customer demand.
4. Undertake all tasks related to aircraft maintenance.
5. Work with other Departments to ensure smooth operation of the business.
6. Closely supervise other engineering and support staff as required.
7. Ensure compliance is maintained to industry requirements and authorities (such as the CAA, EASA, etc.).
8. Comply with all Continuing Professional Development requirements relevant to the company policies and reporting authority.
9. Effective management of all maintenance within your control.
10. Computer literate on Microsoft-based systems.
