How You'll Make an Impact In this unique Business Support Manager opportunity, you will report to the Head of Business Support (HBS) and play a key role in providing efficient and accurate contract production and administration support across multiple workstreams. You will manage and prioritise a varied workload while ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to legal and governance processes.
Main Responsibilities Contractual Documentation:
Produce Pre-Construction Service Agreements and variations as required.
Generate and manage consultants' appointment letters and variations.
Produce and oversee Access Agreements and Delivery Agreements.
Assist with the production and management of Building Contracts.
Draft and manage collateral warranties to completion.
Governance & Legal Liaison:
Support the Head of Business Support in reviewing and finalising amendments to contract documents.
Liaise with external legal advisors to agree on contractual changes.
Ensure compliance with internal governance procedures and project approval checkpoints.
Project Support & Administration:
Manage supply chain insurance documentation.
Coordinate post-build assessments and usage reports.
Attend project meetings via Microsoft Teams as required.
Undertake additional projects or administrative duties as needed.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proofread legal documents accurately.

Excellent communication and writing abilities.
Confident in escalating contractual queries or inconsistencies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat (desirable).
Experience using contract or document management software (desirable).
