Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated individual who is ready to learn and develop in a practical, fast-paced role. As the Pick, Pack & Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Pick, Pack & Dispatch: Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all packages meet our high-quality standards. Support the daily organization of the dispatch area to meet delivery deadlines Stock Preparation & Organization: Prepare and pack products for storage, ensuring items are ready for dispatch Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in keeping stock organized and replenished Customer Service & Support: Help with customer service tasks, such as processing returns or order amendments Provide phone support to customers for technical issues with products Work collaboratively to resolve customer queries promptly and professionally Opportunities for Growth: As you gain experience and prove your abilities, you will have the chance to: Manage the e-commerce platforms, including our Amazon store Contribute to process improvements within the pick, pack, and dispatch operations Expand your role into broader areas of the business, including customer service, technical support, and be involved in more customer-facing based tasks The overall management of this department could eventually fall into your remit Were looking for someone who is ready to build a career, work hard, and grow with the business.
