Priory Supported Living Scotlnad is located in Cambuslang, south east of Glasgow. We provide support for people with Autism/Learning Disabilities/Mental Health Conditions to live independently in the community The service specialises in a positive outcomes approach to help our Service Users achieve their life goals.

We do and we are passionate about providing excellent care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome or mental health conditions. As a support worker, you will have the opportunity to be part of 1000s of stories of inspiring care and support for our residents and service users.
As a support worker you will be supporting our residents with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible. You may get involved in exciting activities outside of the home too – our residents/service users participate in day trips, charity events and much more!
Our ideal support worker will:

Be resilient and help manage some behaviours that challenge
We are looking for positive, energetic, compassionate and proactive individuals to work as part of our team to support our residents who have learning disabilities, mental health conditions and autism.
We require full and part time staff to join our high performing team. We are looking for permanent day shift as well as permanent night staff. Full and part time contracts are available.
We are looking for friendly, upbeat individuals to form her core team. The ideal candidate will be positive and enthusiastic with experience and knowledge of those with autism and learning disabilities. They will need to work consistently within specific guidelines to enable our residents to have as good a quality of life as they possibly can.
Holding an SVQ 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent or being willing to work towards this is essential. It is also a requirement to be registered with the SSSC within 6 months of starting the role.
Flexibility and the ability to work weekdays, weekends and evenings plus do regular sleepovers is essential.
