We’re looking for an experienced Studio Coordinator to run our in-house creative and design studio. This role oversees the holistic running of our creative and design studio, ensuring we have a welcoming and professional space that operates efficiently. Working closely with the Head of Creative, Head of Design, and the Development team, you’ll facilitate creative cross-functional collaboration and support day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a true team-player attitude.

About the Role
* Managing the first floor of the office (the creative and design studio).
* Greeting and welcoming all guests arriving on Floor One.
* Coordinating with the design and development teams to manage sample displays throughout the space and dispatch samples to our DC when needed.
* Handling travel arrangements for the Creative Director and Product Director.
* Managing the diary for the product critical path, including booking meeting spaces as required.
* Overseeing office inventory, such as stationery for the teams, and ensuring both the main kitchen and the press office kitchen are well stocked.
* Collaborating with the press team to keep the press office tidy and ready for visitors.
* Assisting HR with onboarding new starters on Floor One.
* Organising internal events for the creative, design, and development teams (e.g., staff conferences, supplier days).
* Coordinating sample dispatches for e-commerce imagery in collaboration with the Development and Creative teams.
* Assisting with external events when needed.
* Working with the Creative team to ensure timely submission and tracking of invoices to finance.
* Providing general administrative support as required.
About You
* Strong organisational skills with exemplary attention to detail.
* Excellent communicator who can work effectively across multiple teams.
* Experienced project manager.
* Previous experience working for a global brand or retailer is preferred.
* Experience in a busy studio environment.
* Self-motivated and able to both take and give direction.
* A confident, hard-working individual who always strives for the best outcomes.
* Ability to develop, implement, and maintain effective systems and processes.
* High competence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Additional Requirements
* Domestic and international travel for shoots will be required.
* Flexibility to work outside of office hours and on weekends.
* Ability to handle the physical demands of moving samples around the creative space and studios, which may involve heavy lifting.
