Your Role:
As a Project Coordinator within our Hire Department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating equipment rental contracts. You will ensure that quotations and orders are efficiently drafted, reviewed, and negotiated in alignment with both legal and company policies. Oversee the entire lifecycle of our contracts, from enquiry through to completion, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of equipment and services in line with agreed-upon terms. You will liaise with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to guarantee the successful execution of projects, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Quotation: Draft, review, and finalise quotations and tenders for hire products and services, covering terms, conditions, pricing, and specifications.
* Organisation: Striving to meet customer expectations for delivery and supply. Identifying site access suitability, facilitating from single deliveries to large site set ups.
* Negotiation: Quote and order negotiations with clients and suppliers, ensuring alignment with business goals and legal compliance.
* Administration: Maintain and update customer records and databases, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting.
* Account Management: Building robust relationships by providing ongoing support and account management for high-value clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales, transport, operations and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and customer orders.
* Risk mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with customer requirements, escalating issues when necessary.
* Diligence: Stay informed on industry best practices, expected standards, and regulatory requirements.

Role Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in contract management, administration, or coordination.
* Strong background in Customer Service.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
