About the role The role is based at our Mount Pleasant Mail Centre. During the role you'll ensure that all relevant Health & Safety(H&S) Policy and guidelines are adhered to by maintenance teams whilst under their leadership. On a day-to-day basis, you'll be responsible for providing proactive technical leadership, guidance and supportfor all engineering automation issues within the Mail Centre catchment area. You'll ensure engineeringmaintenance is completed to defined standards and is delivered by a competent engineering workforce in acost-effective manner. You'll possess the ability to lead and co-ordinate the implementation of maintenance techniques to ensure thatasset performance and reliability are achieved. In doing so you'll provide the Shift Manager with technicalassistance and guidance on maintenance standards. You'll provide and deliver technical training, coaching anddevelopment to the engineering maintenance team.
