We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and committed Medical Receptionist to join our team at Keele Surgery, working 28 hours a week.
Band 2 - £22,383 per annum pro rata.

Responsibilities:
1. To offer patients, clinical staff, attached and external agencies an efficient, reliable and courteous reception service.
2. To provide administrative support to the practice in order that it may function effectively, and in accordance with practice policy on confidentiality.
3. To ensure customer service and communication form an essential element of the role.
4. To provide excellent team working skills to ensure a quality and efficient service is provided to patients and wider stakeholders.
5. To work within the processes and protocols which allow the organisation to comply with CQC and clinical and information governance requirements.
