Your Role
* Manage a diverse caseload of Adult Social Care matters
* Represent the council in the Court of Protection and High Court
* Attend hearings, negotiate settlements on behalf of the council
* Advise on the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Mental Health Act 1983
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive with relevant experience
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
* Expertise in Adult Social Care law and related legislation
