More about the role:
Levy UK is proud to provide exceptional hospitality services at Aston Villa Football Club. We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Assistant to join our team at the club’s elite training ground. This role is key in delivering outstanding service to players, staff, and visitors, ensuring a seamless and professional experience in all hospitality areas.
1. Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all players, staff, and guests
2. Ensure that all visitors receive the highest level of service, reflecting the values of Aston Villa Football Club and Levy
3. Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in dining areas, lounges, and meeting rooms
4. Handle special dietary requests and ensure service aligns with nutritional requirements for players and staff
5. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all front-of-house areas
6. Set up and clear dining areas, meeting spaces, and other service areas efficiently
7. Replenish food, beverages, and consumables in service areas as required
8. Report any stock shortages to supervisors to ensure smooth operations
9. Work closely with kitchen, catering, and other operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery
10. Assist with event and meeting setups, adapting to changing requirements quickly
About you:
1. Previous experience in a front-of-house, hospitality, or customer service role is advantageous
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset
3. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
4. A professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude
5. High attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellence
6. Flexibility to adapt to changing
