About the Role RACQ Ipswich is looking for a fun and energetic customer service superstar to join our team. No experience necessary - just a willingness to learn We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success. As a Member Engagement Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services. Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 Super Penalty Rates Full Time 37.5hrs per week Rostered between 8\:30AM-5\:00PM Monday to Friday and 9\:15AM-12\:15PM every second Saturday with a rostered weekday off each fortnight About You Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.
