This is a proactive health and wellbeing role helping to upskill and build knowledge, capability and resilience for employees and managers across the Council, including leading on the actions identified in the Council's health and wellbeing strategy.
We need someone who is passionate and knowledgeable about health and wellbeing with proven experience of implementing and evaluating health and wellbeing initiatives within large multi-disciplinary organisations. This role will be customer facing and will support employees and managers with health and wellbeing concerns or anxieties, and the ideal candidate will be qualified to deliver health and wellbeing training, initiatives and events.
We expect this role to be accessible to staff and therefore the role will be based at various sites across East Renfrewshire in order to provide proactive in-person health and wellbeing support. There can also be a level of hybrid working where, depending on work requirements, some time can be spent working from home.
