In addition, your role will involve orchestrating the conception, execution, and integration of operational projects within a specific function. You will collaborate with the Head of Operational Transformation to drive consistency within design and change.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities
* Leading a change delivery team within an operational area to drive delivery in a setting where operational leaders will have restricted capacity and availability
* Acting as a trusted critic and conscience to senior operational leaders as they develop and embed change - providing benchmarking insight from other sectors who have delivered similar transformation
* Ensuring that the required project management and readiness capabilities are in place within the delivery team
* Maintaining and reporting the add up of all transformation plans across operational areas, to give a view of what will be delivered and whether required outcomes will be achieved
* Ensuring that all transformation activities are aligned to an overarching operating model and set of design principles
* Developing and delivering a standard approach to transformation
* Ensuring the voice of the user, particularly the front-line field and centre operational teams, are fully engaged during design, delivery, and embedment of operational transformation programmes
* Identifying opportunities for alignment and join up across operational teams in order to drive an end-to-end system approach and delivery of efficiencies
* Responsible for shaping, organising and facilitating workshops and their content in order to translate transformation ideas into structured scopes and plans
* Ensuring that obstacles to plan delivery are understood and removed in a timely manner
* Leading matrix teams consisting of senior managers and subject matter experts
