The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising our cutting-edge IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of our services, with a focus on supporting our core API-based services and ensuring the smooth operation of our eSIM technology stack. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure supporting our API-driven eSIM platform. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery and deployment. Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality, automate processes, and enhance system reliability. Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency. Ensure the security and compliance of our infrastructure and applications. Participate in on-call rotations to support our 24/7 operations and assist in incident response and resolution. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our Knowledge Base and Help Centre. Support the integration of our API with customer platforms, mobile apps, and web stores. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT operations processes Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 3 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code tools. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Experience with containerisation technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes). Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack). Strong understanding of networking concepts and security best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with eSIM technology or telecommunications industry. Knowledge of API development and integration. Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design. Certifications in relevant cloud platforms or DevOps tools.
