Job summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to come and join our team of Dietitians and Dietetic Assistants, based at Royal Derby hospitals Key requirements of the role are a keen interest in food and nutrition, good communication skills, good organisational skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and experience of working within a similar setting with the general public. You should also be able to demonstrate good IT and presentation skills. Main duties of the job Specific tasks will include gathering of relevant patient information, contributing to the dietetic care of inpatients and supporting the dietitians in tasks. On a day to day basis you will liaise with catering services, nursing staff and other health care professionals as well as members of the department. You will assist in audit and service development. You will be supported in all activities by the Dietitians and other Dietetic Assistants.
