Job Description
The Role:
* Delivering comprehensive HR support to the team, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall business strategy.
* Providing guidance on HR matters, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment.
* Maintaining up-to-date records of personnel-related data.
* Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
* Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Promoting a positive company culture and improving overall employee morale.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Ideally CIPD Level 5, degree, or equivalent
* Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
* Adeptness in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
* Competency in MS Office and HR software.
