We are looking for highly motivated, skilled, and reliable Rehabilitation Assistant/Support Worker in the Cambridge area, this would be to support a male client with an acquired brain injury. This will be to support a client on a temporary basis from Dec-Feb who is currently a patient at the Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge. Shifts: mainly waking night and potentially some daytime shifts. You will need: Excellent communication skills Being able to set boundaries Fluent English A strong-willed Character with the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach to behaviours presented A good understanding and knowledge about complex behaviour and brain injury. Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship) Your role would include: Personal care. Helping manage the clients behaviours. Keeping the client company whilst hes in hospital.
