Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

Scantec is supporting a growing Manufacturing Technology team in recruiting a Manufacturing Process Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation, where you’ll play a key role in designing, launching, and optimising both new and existing processes to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement standardised production methods that align with business objectives.
* Create equipment specifications to meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
* Lead robust industrialisation processes to ensure quality and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
* Manage and maintain control documentation, including Work Instructions (WI), Process Flow, and PFMEA.
* Drive process standardisation and improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
* Conduct product and process data analysis to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
* Ensure Lean Manufacturing principles are applied consistently across the value stream.
What We’re Looking For:
* A relevant Engineering degree or equivalent industrial experience.
* Strong time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Proficiency in problem-solving and experience with MS Office applications.
* A solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, with experience in delivering training.
* Exceptional communication, organisational, and teamworking skills.
Desirable Skills:
* Experience with CNC machining.
* Familiarity with IATF standards.
* Six Sigma certification or equivalent.
