Our client is a small, dedicated team of four professionals. As their reputation continues to build and they secure more exciting projects, they are looking to expand and bring in a motivated Structural Engineer to help drive their success.

About the Role:
They are seeking a Structural Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join the team and contribute to a variety of projects across domestic, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You'll have the chance to work on both new builds and refurbishments, including high-end residential projects for clients in the Cotswolds, as well as larger commercial developments in major cities like London, Birmingham, and Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Working on a wide range of projects, including domestic, high-end residential, commercial, and industrial builds.
Attending client meetings and site visits to discuss project requirements.
Taking ownership of structural design elements and collaborating with the team.
Producing and reviewing designs and calculations, with the ability to "dip in" on AutoCAD drawings as needed (without being the primary drafter).
Ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality.About You:
You'll have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in structural engineering, with a strong understanding of UK building regulations and standards.
Experience using Tekla and AutoCAD is highly desirable, with a basic ability to work on drawings as required.
You should be proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to "get on with it" and manage your own workload.
A client-facing individual who is comfortable attending sites and interacting directly with clients.
Must have experience working in the UK; unfortunately they cannot sponsor a visa at this time.
