The Chancery Rosewood - opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it's a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.
As a Steward, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest levels of cleanliness and organization within our kitchens. Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure that our culinary and service teams can operate seamlessly, contributing to the exceptional dining experiences we create for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
2. Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment efficiently, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
3. Support chefs and service teams by ensuring a smooth flow of clean equipment and tableware.
4. Assist with waste management, recycling, and maintaining a safe working environment.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
About You
