Our client specializes in automated warehousing solutions with a decade of experience, focusing on innovation and environmental improvement. They aim to eliminate excessive warehousing and help companies save resources.
The Sales Engineer will act as the technical lead in the sales process, including pre-sales, analysis, presentation, and solution development. The role involves developing new and existing opportunities, especially building relationships with integrators and consultants.

UK Sales Engineer Role & Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop end-to-end solutions with the UK Sales and Engineering teams, focusing on automation innovations.
2. Be adaptable, dynamic, and ready for challenges.
3. Understand short and long-term opportunities.
4. Engage fully in the sales cycle, adding value and converting leads into sales.
5. Work independently and remotely, contributing to the UK, EU, and global teams.
6. Participate in calls, meetings, presentations, exhibitions, and site visits as the technical lead.
7. Research and prepare reports on the cost benefits of products and services, presenting these to customers.
8. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
9. Utilize your technical expertise to enhance customer experience, addressing all hardware and software technical questions during pre-sales to ensure thorough understanding of engineering, technical, and integration issues.
10. Work primarily within the UK.
Skills and Experience:
We seek a proactive, self-driven professional with a good balance of personal and technical skills, capable of working across cultures.
* Master's degree in Technical Business Administration, Logistical Management, or Engineering.
* At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, material handling equipment, warehouse automation, or automated packing solutions.
* Strong analytical skills for structuring and solving logistics problems.
* Self-starter with good business sense, able to work remotely.
* Confident in interacting and presenting at all levels.
* Willing to travel over 50% within the UK and occasionally abroad.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
