Venatu Recruitment Group is hiring a Transport Supervisor (Nights) for our client to oversee night operations, manage a team of drivers, and ensure smooth transport operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise night operations & coordinate with managers.
2. Plan & allocate vehicles for next-day deliveries.
3. Manage fleet movements & arrange repairs.
4. Ensure timely loading & dispatch.
5. Handle reports, debrief drivers & manage admin tasks.
What You Need:
1. Experience in a transport supervisory role.
2. Strong IT & transport planning system skills (Road Runner is a plus).
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving & teamwork skills.
